We are based in Notting Hill and cover most of West and Central London from there. If your postcode is not on this list it is still worth calling — for larger contracts and portfolio work we travel further.
Most of what we work on
was built before 1930.
Victorian and Edwardian terrace, mansion block, post-war conversion. Nothing in those buildings is square, level, or where the previous trade said it was.
That is the job rather than a problem, but it is why we look at the actual room before we price it, and why you hear about anything we find on the day we find it.

We are based in Notting Hill W11 and work across West and Central London: W2, W4, W5, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, SW1, SW3, SW6, SW10, NW6 and NW10. If you are just outside that, call anyway — for bigger contracts we travel further.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
A range, yes. A written price, no — not until we have seen the room. Send a photo and your postcode on WhatsApp and we will tell you the ballpark and whether it needs a visit. The itemised quote follows the visit.
What is the fastest way to get an answer?
