One firm for the whole portfolio.
Most reactive work does not need a specialist, it needs somebody who can do the plumbing, the making good and the decoration in the same visit rather than booking three. That is the whole reason we hold the trades ourselves.
- Leaks, bursts, make-safe and leak tracing
- Blockages, waste and drainage
- Lock, door, window and sash repairs
- Damp, staining and making good after a leak
- Bathroom and kitchen repairs and part replacement
- Roof, gutter and flashing repairs
- Void turnarounds: clearance, repair, decoration
- Planned redecoration across a portfolio

Paperwork that matches the job.
Agents and managing companies need a file, not just a fixed tap. Every attendance comes back with the photograph of what was wrong, the photograph of what was done, and a line about anything we noticed that will need doing next.
If you are a main contractor looking for a subcontractor who turns up, keeps the site tidy and finishes to programme, call and ask what we have free.

Portfolios across West London.
We are based in Notting Hill, which puts most of West and Central London inside a short drive — the reason reactive work is worth giving to somebody local.
Maintenance, answered plainly.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. Void turnarounds, reactive repairs and planned maintenance across a portfolio, with a photograph of the fault and the fix on every visit.
What do you send after a visit?
A photograph of the fault and a photograph of the fix, so the file shows what was actually wrong and what was done about it.
Can you turn a void around between tenancies?
Yes — clearance, repairs, making good and decoration, sequenced so the flat is ready to let rather than ready for another trade.
Do you cover my postcode?
We are based in Notting Hill W11 and work across West and Central London: W2, W4, W5, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, SW1, SW3, SW6, SW10, NW6 and NW10. If you are just outside that, call anyway — for bigger contracts we travel further.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
A range, yes. A written price, no — not until we have seen the room. Send a photo and your postcode on WhatsApp and we will tell you the ballpark and whether it needs a visit. The itemised quote follows the visit.
Tell us what needs doing.
Quickest is a phone call, or a WhatsApp with a couple of photos and your postcode. Ahmad answers the phone himself.
