Kitchen fitting
in West London.

A kitchen is a plumbing job, an electrical job and a joinery job that happen to arrive in flat packs. We take the room from strip-out to a working kitchen, and we fit units bought from wherever you bought them.

02The sequence

Services first, then the floor, then the units.

Kitchens go wrong when the units arrive before the room is ready for them. Waste and feeds have to be where the new layout wants them, the floor has to be flat, and the walls have to be sound enough to hang a run of cabinets on. All of that happens before a single door is hung.

  • Strip-out and disposal of the old kitchen
  • Moving waste, feeds and circuits to the new layout
  • Sockets, extraction, lighting and appliance circuits
  • Floor levelling and floor covering
  • Unit assembly, setting out, levelling and scribing
  • Worktops templated after the units are set
  • Upstands, splashbacks and tiling
  • Sink, tap, waste and appliance connection
  • Plinths, cornice, end panels and making good
First fix pipework and waste set out before units are installed
02First fix — Feeds, waste and services set out to the new layout before anything is boarded in.
03Buying the kitchen

Buy it anywhere. We will fit it.

Howdens, Wren, Magnet, Ikea, or a joiner making it to measure. Tell us who it is coming from when you ask for a price, because the unit system changes how long the setting out takes and what the worktop can sit on.

If you have not chosen yet, we will tell you what we have found easy and awkward to fit, and what tends to need extra carpentry once it is in a room where nothing is square.

  • Galley kitchens
  • Open-plan kitchen and living
  • Island runs
  • Utility rooms
  • Rental and void kitchens
  • Made-to-measure joinery

Kitchens across West London.

Most of the kitchens we fit are in converted flats and Victorian terraces, where the room is rarely square and the waste rarely runs where the new layout wants it.

05Questions we get asked

Kitchens, answered plainly.

Do you fit kitchens bought from anywhere?

Yes. Howdens, Wren, Magnet, Ikea or a made-to-measure supplier — we fit what you have bought. Tell us who it is coming from when you ask for the quote, because the unit system changes how long the setting out takes.

Can you move the sink or the hob?

Usually. Moving a sink means moving the waste and keeping enough fall, and moving a hob or oven means a circuit, so both are checked on the visit rather than assumed.

Do you handle the worktop as well?

Yes — templated after the units are set and levelled, which is the only sequence that works for stone and composite.

Do I need to book separate trades?

No. Plumbing, tiling, joinery, decorating and general building are held by us, and we bring in certified electricians for notifiable work. There is one programme and one firm responsible for the result.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

A range, yes. A written price, no — not until we have seen the room. Send a photo and your postcode on WhatsApp and we will tell you the ballpark and whether it needs a visit. The itemised quote follows the visit.

Do you cover my postcode?

We are based in Notting Hill W11 and work across West and Central London: W2, W4, W5, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, SW1, SW3, SW6, SW10, NW6 and NW10. If you are just outside that, call anyway — for bigger contracts we travel further.
